Reservation Policy
2026All reservations are held with a deposit, which goes towards your spend.
Every reservation made online is a request. Our team confirms your table by email, and the table is reserved for you once that email arrives.
A deposit of €50 per guest applies to parties of seven or more, the Signature Sushi and Haute Pâtisserie experiences, and all reservations. A deposit of €75 per guest applies to private events. Only one deposit applies to each reservation.
Deposits go in full towards your spend on the evening and are refundable up to 48 hours before your reservation. Where a deposit is requested, your table is held for 24 hours while it is settled.
We kindly ask that you arrive on time; tables are held for 15 minutes after the reserved time. After this grace period, the table may be released.
Should your plans change, we kindly ask that you let us know as early as you can by replying to your confirmation email.
For larger parties, our team may be in touch before the day to confirm the details.
SAINT Sky Bar reserves the right to amend seating arrangements when necessary while always maintaining the reserved party size and experience.
Private events, full buyouts, and special event reservations may be subject to separate reservation terms.
