The hour of sunset moves through the season, and the live sunset time for Oia is shown in the header of every page on this site. We recommend arriving at least an hour before, so that you are seated as the sun meets the sea.

May we reserve for a larger group?

Reservations for nine or more guests are arranged directly with our team rather than through the online reservation form. Please call us or make an inquiry through the events page, and our team will plan the evening with you.

Is a deposit required?

Accepted Answer

On some evenings; most evenings require no deposit. A deposit of €50 per guest applies to parties of seven or more, the Signature Sushi and Haute Pâtisserie experiences, and all reservations. A deposit of €75 per guest applies to private events. Only one deposit applies to each reservation. The deposit goes in full towards your spend on the evening and is refundable up to 48 hours before your reservation. Private events, full buyouts and special event reservations may be subject to separate reservation terms.

What if we are delayed?

Tables are held for 15 minutes after the reserved time. After this grace period the table may be released, so we kindly ask that you call our team on +30 6970 330 303 should you be delayed.

How do I change or cancel my reservation?

Should your plans change, we kindly ask that you reply to your confirmation email and let our team know as early as possible. The full terms are published on the reservation policy page.

Smart, relaxed evening attire suits the rooftop. All seating is outdoor, Oia is reached on stone steps and the caldera breeze rises after dark, so we suggest a light layer.

Yes. Birthdays, anniversaries and proposals are arranged with our team, built around the Event Menu of Mediterranean inspired tapas. Please note the occasion in your reservation request, or make an inquiry through the events page.

Are there vegetarian dishes?

Yes. The Midori Roll is marked vegetarian on the menu, and several canapés on the Event Menu are vegetable-based.

How may I share an allergy?

The reservation form includes an allergies field. Once completed, our kitchen team sees it with your reservation; you are also welcome to mention it to your server on arrival.

The shisha collection is part of the evening after dark, with a Premium Selection at €60 and a Signature Collection at €80.

Oia restricts vehicles in the pedestrian core, so the last stretch is on foot along the caldera path. Saint Chauffeur can collect you from your hotel and bring you back.

All seating is outdoor on the rooftop. SAINT Sky Bar may amend seating arrangements when necessary, always keeping your party size and experience. Should your plans change, please reply to your confirmation email as early as possible.
